Mathable reads what you’ve already tried and suggests one next step, so you still do the maths yourself.

  1. Show your working

    Type it line by line, or take a photo of the page. Mathable reads the photo itself, graphs and diagrams included.

  2. Get a hint about one line

    Mathable points at the first line with a mistake. You get one hint and one question about it, and you work out the fix.

  3. Ticks come from a maths checker

    Every line the checker can read is checked with code. A green tick means it confirmed that line is right.

Tests and practice

Set a test. Mathable marks it.

Choose one of the six GCSE maths areas, a graded test or a practice set, 4 to 30 questions and a due date if you want one. Mathable writes the questions and marks the answers when your child submits them.

For parents

You can see your child’s progress, but not their conversations.

Create a space for your child and give them the code to join it. The Parent view shows their mastery in each of the six areas, how often they’ve practised this week, and how each test went.

Each code works once and expires after 14 days. Mathable doesn’t email it, so you pass it on yourself.
